Advertiser Terms of Service
Effective date: 18 July 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern access to ADIMPAKT by advertisers and their authorised users. Creating an account, submitting a campaign or using the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms and any campaign order agreed separately.
2. Account responsibilities
The advertiser must provide accurate information, protect access credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. The account holder is responsible for activity performed through its account.
3. Campaigns and content
The advertiser controls budgets, targeting and campaign materials. All advertising must be lawful, accurate and supported by the necessary intellectual-property, privacy and promotional rights. ADIMPAKT may review, reject, pause or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, technically unsafe or inconsistent with platform policies.
4. Prohibited activity
Content involving fraud, malware, unlawful discrimination, hate, violence, exploitation, illegal products, deceptive claims or infringement of third-party rights is prohibited. Regulated categories may require documentation or may be unavailable.
5. Measurement and delivery
Reports are produced using ADIMPAKT measurement systems. Delivery, impressions, clicks and conversions may vary because of inventory, targeting, user behaviour, technical availability and fraud controls. No specific result is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
6. Fees and taxes
Applicable prices, budgets, payment timing and refund conditions are shown in the dashboard or a separate order. The advertiser is responsible for applicable taxes and transaction charges. Disputes must be raised promptly with supporting evidence.
7. Data protection
Each party must comply with applicable privacy and electronic-communications law. The advertiser must provide required notices and obtain valid consent before using tracking, personalised advertising, retargeting or audience data.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law or address material breach. Either party may stop future use, without affecting accrued obligations.
9. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable professional care, but uninterrupted availability and particular commercial results are not guaranteed. Liability limitations must be interpreted according to mandatory applicable law and do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Contact and changes
Material updates will be dated on this page. Questions may be submitted through the contact form.
